Never going back, terrible customer service! Arrived at 6:28pm (earliest I could get there after leaving work) and one of the employees asks if I had checked in online. Unfortunately, when I tried to check in at 5:30pm they had already stopped allowing customers to check in online. She proceeded to tell me they were completely booked for the evening and that they close in 25 minutes at 7pm. The two employees working had customers in their chairs already and only one customer on the waitlist who hadn’t arrived yet. It seems like they were being lazy/trying to get out of there early. No longer the convenient option and taking my business elsewhere.
